Also, we deliver the translation in the same format as received. In non-editable or digitized archives, our tools and proofreading process will deliver the material in the format most similar to the original document. 

Yes! The translation will look exactly the same as the text provided by you, unless otherwise specified.

Of course! We can either translate the content of a website and present it in a multilingual file (usually an excel with a column for each language), or you can give us access to your content management software and we’ll work directly there. Whatever suits you best! Also, we are partnered with the multilingual plugin WPML, so if your website is WordPress based, we can translate your content within the platform in a simpler and faster way. 

The Standard translation service will meet our quality criterion without having second proofreading. We recommend it in case of translating internal communication, social media publications, user opinions, emails, and informal content. 

The Premium translation service has an additional revision made by a proofreader, specialized in that specific content. We recommend this translation level for presentations, reports, training manuals, mobile applications, and professional websites. 

Once the client’s approval is received, we set a 12-hour margin to gather the most appropriate team for the project. The Project Management team, supported by our AI tool, will locate the team of translators. Usually, in common language combinations, such as Spanish-English, waiting times are much shorter. 

We take care of talking with the translator and coordinating everything related to the project. You will not need to exchange endless emails with the translators. At Berba, our Project Managers are in charge of organizing, supervising, and managing all the processes related to your project from kick-off to delivery and billing. Our team of project managers is in charge of the final check and ensures that the delivery is always on time. 

If you are pleased with the translators that took care of translating your content, we will try to maintain the same team in the new project, because they are already familiarized with the translation tone you need. Besides, our AI platform will know the translation style, allowing us to personalize the translations and meet the needs of the client better.


The translation cost is based on the number of words of the document, and the language combinations in which it will be translated. At Berba, we offer a service based on the use of personalized translation memories for each company. In this way, all the previous translations are stored in the translation memory and are reused to avoid translating the same sentence two times. Using these translation memories, we save you significant time and money.

You will have 30 days to pay once you have confirmed that you are 100% satisfied with your translation.

You can do it directly on our platform or coordinate with your personal Project Manager. 

If you order via email, payment is usually made by a bank transfer. If you place an order through our website, there are several ways of payment, one of them being Paypal.

Discounts & others

In case you think that the translation delivered isn’t optimum, you have 15 days to ask for that translation to be revised. If the revised translation is still not up to your standards, you would have 15 extra days to let us know. We always make sure to deliver quality translations that meet clients’ expectations. If the translation requires several changes until it is to your satisfaction, we would offer you a discount for the next translation.
